ReCAP™ - Pipeline Depressurization & Gas Recovery System
WeldFit’s ReCAP® Emissions Recovery System is a pipeline depressurization and gas recovery solution that does one simple, yet important, thing in support of your ESG-driven methane emissions reduction goals: It eliminates the need for voluntary natural gas flaring or venting associated with blowdowns during common pipeline operations. With ReCAP®, pipeline operators can safely and easily reduce methane emissions by recapturing gas from pipeline sections that have been isolated for depressurization and then rapidly transferring that gas to an adjacent pressurized system. Gas recovery rates may reach up to 99.99% in some cases.
