EADIEMAC heavy oil partial upgrading plants

    We have a 2,000bbl/day heavy oil partial upgrading demonstration plant, fully engineered ready for construction. A site is required. The focus of the plant is to reduce the demand for diluent in a cost effective and energy efficient fashion. Effectively this will free up scarce pipeline capacity to allow Canada to export additional energy supplies.
